Broker Bacon SMS Program
Welcome to Broker Bacon! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our SMS messaging service ("Service"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Broker Bacon, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
Broker Bacon provides SMS notifications to users who have opted in to receive them. These notifications may include, but are not limited to, recruitment information, onboarding updates, training materials, and value-added content (referred to as "Value Bombs").
2. Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from Broker Bacon. You may opt-in by:
- Signing up on our website or app
- Providing consent at in-person events
- Verbal consent via phone call with our customer service team
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the content and your interactions with our service. On average, users may receive between 1 to 5 messages per week.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt-out of the Service at any time by texting "STOP" to our short code. After sending "STOP," you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent unless you opt-in again.
